The Rider on the White Horse (First Seal)
The first of the Four Horsemen in Revelation 6:2 — riding a white horse with an arrowless bow and a temporary stephanos wreath 'given to him' by permission, parodied against the true King of Kings in Revelation 19.
Summoned when the Lamb opens the first of the seven seals and one of the four living creatures calls out with a voice like thunder, 'Come!', a white horse appears whose rider carries a bow (without arrows) and is given a single victor's wreath (Greek: stephanos, not the royal diadema of Christ in Revelation 19:12), going out conquering and to conquer — yet operating strictly under the theological passive 'it was given to him' (Greek: edothe) from the Lamb's throne (Revelation 6:1–2).
The Four Horsemen — The Weeping Apostle in the Throne Room, The Worthy Lamb & The Leashed Horsemen of the Seals
The slain Lamb opens the first four seals of the scroll, commanding the four horsemen on a strict sovereign leash while preserving the oil and the wine.
