When 400 voices tell you only what flatters your pride and 1 voice tells you the truth of God's Word, follow the 1 — consensus without God's Word is a trap.
📜 Complete Scriptural Narrative

Gathered at the threshing floor at the entrance of the gate of Samaria before King Ahab and King Jehoshaphat, about four hundred court prophets prophesied with one voice: 'Go up to Ramoth-gilead and triumph; the LORD will give it into the hand of the king' (1 Kings 22:6, 12). Prompted by a lying spirit that Ahab might go up and fall at Ramoth-gilead, their unanimous flattery was shattered before evening when Ahab bled to death in his chariot (1 Kings 22:20–23, 35).
