The Beast from the Abyss
The abyssal adversary in Revelation 11:7 that rises from the bottomless pit to wage war on the Two Witnesses — yet is completely powerless to touch them until the exact day their 1,260-day testimony is finished.
First mentioned among the beasts of Revelation in Revelation 11:7, 'the beast that rises from the bottomless pit (Greek: abyssos)' makes war on the Two Witnesses, conquers them, and kills them — but ONLY 'when they have finished their testimony.' His apparent triumph in the public square lasts just three and a half days before the breath of God raises the Two Witnesses before his eyes and a great earthquake shatters a tenth of the city (Revelation 11:7–13).
The Indestructible Witnesses — The Measured Sanctuary, The Fire-Breathing Prophets & The Resurrection Cloud in the Public Square
